RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase ,

we will accept merchandise for a refund or merchandise credit under the following conditions:

• Unused Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.Any damaged, used, or altered returns or anything boom art considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  
• Item must be received no later than 30 days after the date of delivery.
• We recommend shipping merchandise for return  with tracking number.
• We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.
• We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
• Custom-made  may not be refunded or exchanged.
• You are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.
